Tracking & Cookies Data

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We will retain your Personal Data on our servers for as long as your account is active.  If you delete your account, we will also delete this information.  But please note: (1) there might be some delay in deleting this information from our servers and backup storage, and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Payment Information

You may need to provide payment information, such as credit card information, to order a sample through our Service. Your payment information will be redirected to a third-party payment system for processing, whereby such a system is hosted by a third-party vendor. Once your payment is processed, your payment information is not maintained on our Service.

Security Of Data

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.  We will use reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.  We take technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect the Personal Data that we have collected from you at our Service.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. We provide these links as a service and we do not necessarily support or endorse the information.  If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Our Service is not directed toward children or persons under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.  If you are under 18, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to the Service.  If you learn that your child has provided us with their information without your consent and he or she is under the age of 18, please let us know by contacting our Privacy Officer as noted below, so that we can remove it from our systems.

From time to time, we may use your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Policy.  If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the changes to this Policy on our page to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Marketing Activities

If you do not want to receive marketing email from us in the future, please let us know by contacting our Privacy Officer as noted below or use the unsubscribe link in any email we may have sent you to opt out of such communication. Please note, if you opt not to receive marketing emails from us, you may still receive “Transactional” email messages regarding sample order confirmation, account information, etc.
